I go numb whenever I try to talk to girls, especially the ones I like. I have a whole conversation in my head and it usually goes well but then I open my mouth and it's a whole different scenario.

Then she says she can't give her number out to strangers and then walks off. In my defense, the girl in my head was much more welcoming.
I don't know how some guys do it, some don't even have to talk, they just have to give that sexy look and the girl's in love already.
When I do it, either of two things happen. Either she thinks I'm having a seizure because of the face I'm making or she things I'm a creep. It's mostly the second one.
I got advice from a colleague the other day, he is great with the ladies. He said,
"If you want a girl to like you, all you have to do is act like you don't care and you're not available, she'll start to pay attention and want you more"
I don't know how that works but I took his advice because he definitely has more lady experience than I do. He should've been more specific.
I go over to a friend's place to see a movie. She asked if I wanted to sleep over and maybe cuddle, I said no and left. She isn't talking to me now doesn't take my calls anymore. What did I do wrong? I followed his instructions well.
