Good day dear mates! After couple months of the silence I came back to you with my April Garden update. So first of all I want to say that new garden season started in my region.
But first of all I want to tell you last news from my indoor garden. And here the main news maker is my cactus. Because it finally started to bloom!

It pleases us with its blooms regularly every year and we look forward to the whole family when it starts to bloom.

The next important persons in my indoor garden it's a seedlings which were planted in this time just couple weeks ago. At this time I decided to plant seeds of tomatoes, peppers, zucchini and cucumbers. Among them nearly 10 varieties of tomatoes, three varieties of peppers, 3 varieties of pumpkins, 4 varieties of cucumbers, raspberries a.s.o. This seeds I ordered from my mate from whom I buy seeds and plants already for 3 years or maybe even more.

First of all, I decided to plant tomato and pepper seeds. And they have already given the first sprouts.

But now let's move from my home outside. Due to the warm weather at the end of March and at the beginning of April snow already melted in my garden. And I even could to find time to clean old leafs and branches from my garden. Also I could to rinse out my greenhouse and almost prepare it for planting new seedlings and greenery.
Now let's move to flowers. Tulips, after last year's transplanting and preparation for the current season, have already broken through the ground and are pleasing the eye with green.

The crocuses, about which I have already told you before in the past year, as well as tulips have shown from the ground and I think that in a couple of weeks will bloom, if there will be no frost.

Also at the end of post I want to highlight shortly other plans for April in my garden. First of them it's to cut vines and rose bushes that were damaged by severe frosts last winter.

Also in my plans to prune the raspberry bushes. Currants and gooseberries are to be treated. And of course I am waiting for digging up the beds before sowing vegetable crops. Also, if I can get some lemongrass. I will be able to tell you more about the results of what I managed to do in May. That's all for now. Stay tuned! Yours travoved@travoved
P.s. This is my entry for April Garden Journal Challenge and you still have time to participate in it!
