step by step🔄 :

First, heat some oil in a pot and sauté the chopped onions and green chilies. Next, add various spices—such as turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, and garlic paste—and stir well to cook the spice mixture. Then, add the dried fish (shutki) to the pot, stir for three to four minutes, and cover with a lid to let it cook. Once the fish is partially cooked, add the potatoes and bottle gourd leaves (lau shak). Pour in two cups of water, stir everything together, cover the pot, and let it cook on the stove for 15–20 minutes. Finally, remove it from the heat—and there you have it, our recipe for today is ready!

Please let me know in the comments how you liked today’s recipe; I truly hope you enjoy it! I would love for people all over the world to see this recipe, try making it at home, and enjoy it—it is packed with nutrients. I am aware that in many countries, people often eat vegetables that are only half-boiled; however, such partially cooked vegetables can still harbor germs. Therefore, I advise everyone to wash their vegetables thoroughly and cook them completely. This will help reduce the risk of germs and illness. Stay well and stay healthy—that’s all for today!
