Steamed squash pumpkin with ground pork, baby food recipe
Hello friends who love to cook, today I want to share with you a dish that sounds strange, but very delicious, and is good for children, especially for babies of weaning age. As you know, pumpkin has many uses, and can be processed with many different dishes, however, using steamed pumpkin with minced pork is quite strange.
However, the dish is very delicious and nutritious for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding and children who are weaning. Usually, I use pumpkin to make soup, but yesterday I bought a young squash and I decided to try something new for my little girl to try, and she really liked it. So today I would like to introduce it to you so that we have another delicious and nutritious dish on the next menu..
Making:
Step 1:
Wash and cut the squash in half, then use a spoon to remove the seeds.
Step 2:
Wash the pork with salt and cold water.
Step 3:
Bring the pot of water to a boil, then add 2-3 slices of ginger and 1 teaspoon of salt, dissolved in water, plus 1 small purple onion smashed. After the water has boiled, add the pork and wait for about 5 minutes, when the water in the pot is foamy. Take the pork out. It's the best pork chop I've always used when cooking.
Step 4:Cut the pork into small pieces so that when you put it in the green machine, it will be as crushed as possible (apply this if you cook it for a small baby).
Step 5: Smash 1 clove of garlic and shallot, mince finely, then put the pan on the stove, add cooking oil specifically for babies, wait until the oil is hot, add the purple onion and minced garlic, fry the red onion and When the garlic is fragrant, just turn golden, add the pork, stir for 2-3 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, stir for another 1 minute.
Step 5: Add 10ml of water, wait for another 2 minutes, and take it out and pour it into a blender, puree it again, puree to the desired level, then stop and use a spoon to remove the flesh and put it in the middle of the squash on both sides of the fruit. squash. Then cover like a pumpkin that has never been cut.
Step 6: Bring water to a boil in a pot, then place the steamer on top and let the squash cook for 30-40 minutes. Then turn off the stove and enjoy.
I wish you success with the recipe that I share. Have a good day.❤️
