Hello Hiver! How are you? Wish you have a good day. In Vietnam, having just spent the Lunar New Year holiday, we had a wonderful holiday. Now I'm back and sharing with you a new recipe.
Don't know if your children are picky eaters, especially do not like to eat vegetables like mine? That gives me a lot of headaches because I always have to think of ways to cook for them so that they are nutritious, have vegetables but make them eat well and don't find out.
I went to the market today and bought a bunch of fresh asparagus. And I came up with a new idea for my kids' dishes today. I made egg and asparagus rolls for my kids. Fortunately, they cooperated.
This recipe I want to share with those who have young children and want to find a new nutritious recipe for them. Hope they are useful to you.
MATERIAL INCLUDES:
- 2 chicken eggs
- 50-100g asparagus
- Soy
- Cooked white rice.
- A little cooking oil.
MAKING:
Step 1: Cook white rice into the rice.
Step 2: While waiting for the rice to cook. Wash asparagus cut into pieces. Soak asparagus in diluted saltwater for 5-10 minutes. After that, clean it with clean water.
Step 3: Take a pot, add a little water to the pot (about 300ml), put it on the stove to boil. When the water boils, add the cleaned asparagus. Cook for 3 more minutes. Turn off the heat, remove the asparagus and put it on a plate.
Step 4: Crack the egg, get both the yolk and the white of the egg.
Step 5: Crush asparagus, then mince them.
Step 6: Finely chop 1 purple onion, then add to the egg bowl, plus the minced asparagus just now.
Step 7: Using a whisk, beat the mixture well. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
Step 8: Add cooking oil to the hot pan, then use a paper towel to wipe the pan evenly. Put the egg in the pan and divide it into 2 halves. Then hold the panhandle and shake the eggs to form a circle. Cover and wait for 1 minute.
Step 9: Take the cooked rice, add it to the cup. Then open the lid of the fried egg. Use a spatula to place the rice over the eggs in a rectangular shape. Then use a spoon to braid the rice down. Then quickly use a shovel with a thin tip, gently pry the place where the rice has just been braided, then quickly roll the rice and eggs until there are no eggs on the pan. (The same way you would make sushi.) Do the same with the rest. In total, I made 2 rolls of rice: 1 large roll, and one medium roll. Then cut into bite-sized chunks, add to a plate, and add soy sauce or seasoning for kids to sprinkle on. They will be very interested.
I wish you success with the recipe that I share. I hope you have a good day. Thanks for reading my post today.❤️
