Enzo returned Gennaro safely to Don Torrisi's mansion, earning praise from the Don while Messina was confirmed dead. In the next chapter, Vendetta D'onore, Enzo met Isabella inside a church.
After confirming she kept their secret, both confessed their feelings and promised to find a way to be together.
Back inside the Don's mansion, Luca and Cesare were equipping themselves to head out after the bandits. Don Torrisi instructed Luca to put the outlaw gang down and retrieve Gennaro before his father realized the full extent of what was happening.
Just as they were preparing to leave, Enzo and Gennaro rode straight back into the courtyard, causing Don Torrisi to fall completely silent.
Gennaro's father rushed forward immediately to check on his boy.
Torrisi turned to Enzo to ask about Messina and his gang, and Enzo confirmed that the bandit leader would no longer be a problem.
Torrisi was clearly pleased with how the situation was handled. Luca approached Enzo afterward, admitting he had no idea how he pulled it off, noting that things could have easily ended very differently.
Standing nearby, Isabella watched Enzo with a warm smile, and Enzo returned the smile before the chapter drew to a close.
A new chapter titled Vendetta D'onore began inside a church, where Isabella was shown in prayer when Enzo walked through the doors.
Seeing him enter, Isabella mentioned that Father Ciccone was not around if he had come to make a confession. Enzo replied that he was not looking for the priest.
He asked Isabella if she had mentioned anything to anyone about what happened in between them. She assured him she had not told a soul, asking if something was wrong.
Enzo explained that her father had called for a private meeting with him and he was unsure of the reason, which was why he came to check with her first.
Isabella expressed remorse, stating that if she had caused him any trouble, she was deeply sorry. Enzo replied that he was not sorry at all, confessing directly that he wanted to be with her. Isabella admitted that she felt the exact same way, and Enzo promised he would find a way for them to be together.
Both of them shared a quiet moment of happiness knowing their feelings were mutual. As Enzo turned to exit the church, Isabella called out for him to be careful, and Enzo assured her he would before stepping outside into the daylight.
