Remember those fish I caught the other day?
Well, here are the pictures after pulling them out of the oven. Recipe at the bottom.
Recipe:
Mackrel, Mangrove Snapper, Yellow Jack
Fillet the fish and place in pan.
Then cut up a lime and squeeze the juice over the entire dish.
Chop up some Cilantro and spread it all over the fish as well.
Sprinkle pepper over the dish
Slice butter and spread it on top of fish
bake in oven at 350 for 15-18min
