An All-time Low For Me by jhymi@jhymi

I think one of the most painful situations in life is when we fail ourselves. There’s a way many people expect us to behave, a belief that they want us to conform to. And it’s alright for the most part. When we don’t meet that expectation, we feel bad about it.

Me and Marya's adventure at the School Yard by lenaspiritual@lenaspiritual

When I was about 9 years old, I started stealing stuff from shops. I had money, but I liked to steal. It gave me a rush of adrenaline because you have to be careful not to get caught. So, I stole little stuff like gums and little bars of chocolate. There were no cameras, so no one saw me.

Reconciliation is Part of Life by eliany@eliany

I do believe that no human on earth is perfect, as such, we make mistakes, and every day we unlearn, learn, and relearn new things. This can not be done by ourselves as no man is an island, our interaction with others brings us closer to the truth and closer to knowledge...

My Hiatus From Hive by owasco@owasco

I went away for a few days last week, and disaster struck. I had forgotten the charger to my computer, the one I blog on. I don’t know when the last time any of you had to purchase a spare charger was, but lemme tell ya, it’s not easy to do. Oh sure, super easy if you like going to malls, or large office supply stores, but I avoid those places.

I broke his trust without thinking… by ginika@ginika

In every relationship, be it friendship or marriage, Trust is the cornerstone that holds everything together. But what happens when, in a momentary lapse of judgement, you shatter that trust unintentionally? 🤷🤔

HOW TO RECONCILE A MISUNDERSTANDING by hopestylist@hopestylist

Being apologetic was never in my nature while growing up because I thought I had reasons for doing the things I do so why should I be sorry for anything I do? Well, like some persons, I learnt my lessons the hard way. Life is filled with different people from different places, culture, backgrounds and many more so it is totally unthoughtful for us to think that people should act the same way.

My Reflection: Pains and Regrets by phyna@phyna

I can't quite recall exactly how it all happened. The month escapes my memory, but I can vividly remember the year and the grade I was in—2016 when I was in JS2. Back then, my vision wasn't as clear, and everything seemed like a hazy dream. But waking up in my bed after each event always assured me that it was all real, not just a figment of my imagination.

3rd Place- My guilt and Realization by ayamihaya@ayamihaya

When I was 12 years old I did something which I am not proud of. Moreover, I did not ever repeat it. I was young and immature I didn’t know what was right for me to do. So, let’s hop into the story!

2nd Place- The only regret, yet. by bemier@bemier

Since I started walking without losing my balance, which is between the ages of 3-4, my family has enrolled me in various sports and art courses. I first started ballet at the age of 3 upon my grandmother's request, and not long after that she started giving me piano lessons. Don't worry, I will get somewhere with this.

1st Place- An omission that disrupted the life by marilour@marilour

When I read the message, reminiscences came flooding back almost immediately, and multiple feelings began to stir. A shiver ran through my body, a whirlwind of emotions collided in assault, nostalgia, melancholy, and also a lot of sadness. I will share with you, an event that considerably affected my existence, for what it implies and represents.
