Good Morning,
Almost back to school here, really not looking forward to it, under the new "normal" 馃檮 Also we applied for variance as we moved house, and no news whether we are accepted or not, my oldest is sad as he has to make new friends at a new school. I feel him. Not easy. Not to mention early Autumn here, been cold, windy, cloudy, and wet, wet, wet.
But...let's talk about food more, as always 馃榿
I have a super simple frozen veggies stir fry today, this is my youngest fave. Just this stir fry with warm rice, there won't be no complaints. He isn't into veggies much (he does like fresh celery and carrots tho), but this stir fry, he likes 馃槈
2 c frozen veggies
1 frozen beef patty
2 eggs
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic
1/2 tbsp Vegeta powder
1 tsp mushroom granules
A pinch of ground white pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 c water
