Summer is finally here, hot damn! 🕺💃🕺💃
So naturally, Summery cooking, baking, happening in the kitchen (thank goodness for counter top oven and air conditioning, right? 😆).
Today I prepared jam...well lemon curd...does curd belong to jam/spread family? 😀
My oldest loooovvveesss citrus flavor much, he can suck on fresh lemon and/or lime, like licking a lollipop. Which is funny, because my youngest doesn't like citrus flavor much, only sweet Mandarin 😁
Anyhoo.
When I was cooking the curd, both came down to the kitchen and said, hmmm what are you cooking, smells so nice, like something fresh, but also something else.

The last time I made proper lemon curd, my oldest was only 1 year old 🤣 Yep. Been too freaking long.
Anyways...here are the ingredients!
600 g lemon
2 c sugar
4 eggs
110 g butter
