Hope you guys are well. For two days in a row our weather has been chilly as if Autumn is here already. I wanted to say so strange, but it's 2020, a strange year.
By now I am sure everyone have heard and seen the news of what happened in Beirut, Lebanon yesterday. So, so, so sad. 2020, seriously, a wild year we are having throughout the world 馃挃

For today's recipe, I have a hamburger bun recipe. A bun that won't get too soggy as soon as ketchup and/or other condiment spread on it. Don't you just hate it when your burger just fall apart?
My two boys hate that with store bought buns 馃お
1 c water
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
3 1/4 c breadflour
1/4 c sugar
3 tsp salt
3 tsp active dry yeast
Melted butter
Sesame seeds
