Good Morning!
I spent some quality time with my husband last night, around 7 PM...shoveling snow 🤣🤣
They kept falling and piling up getting knee high on the drive way, our drive way is slanted style, so imagine if it was flat drive way. By the time we finished, the snow was still falling hard.
This morning he left for work after shoveling again. Crazy.
It is half past 10 AM atm and I saw outside that I have pile high snow to shovel still. Meh 🤪🤪🤪🤪
I mentioned the other day I have been making soup for these extreme cold days. This time am sharing Chili Bean Soup. Boys loved it, so I was ecstatic as they had it for lunch and dinner, with no complaints 😍😁😍😁
Half of small onion
3 garlic
2 celery sticks
Baby carrots as needed (watch the vlog)
Chicken wieners, as many as you want
1 can white navy beans
1 can red kidney beans
Half tin sweet corn kernels
Half can sweet peas
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 c Prego Italian pasta sauce
3 tbsp grapeseed oil
3 cans water (measured using the tomato soup can), or as needed
Cayenne powder to taste
Super generous cumin powder to taste, the more the better
Ground white pepper to taste
