Boys tried their snow boots and none fit. Seems like every time, we have to get new boots, new shoes, new clothes, etc. Kids grow too fast 馃槄
Today's recipe is called Apple Parcels, and they were gone already. I packed some for my husband's colleagues and only a couple for the boys 馃榿
300 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
16 g active dry yeast
500 g strong bakers flour
3 tbsp sugar
A pinch of coarse kosher salt
2 yolks
50 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
6 apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
