I stretched my hand towards my breast pocket since that's where i always kept it...that was when my realization dawned on me that it wasn't where I regularly kept it...." Where is it? I can't find it! " I said in a very shaky voice. a sense of unease overwhelmed me as I still continued combing through all the nooks and crannies of my bag and pockets frantically but alas! The ID card had vanished into thin air.
Despite my pleas in desperation that were imbued with sincerity beyond reproach, this official refused to let me enter the exam hall as he believed there were ulterior motives behind me coming without a school ID; namely impersonation or illicit substitution meant to deceive authorities responsible for safeguarding academic sanctity. Hmmmm😮💨... -

A Freshman's Messy Experience
"Stop asking me silly questions, Monique. Where's my diamond bracelet? I want it now. No one else could have taken it," she said frantically.
"Noni, calm down," Fiona said gently, trying to diffuse the situation. She turned to me, "Noni noticed her bracelet was gone when she returned from class. Have you seen it by any chance?"
"She took it. I know it," Noni shouted. Her eyes met mine, filled with accusation and anger. "I've tried to be nice to you and all and this is how you repay me?"
I looked at Fiona who gazed at me expectantly for some explanation. "When I returned from class, I met her boyfriend, Fred…" I began. -

For a few minutes Jonh closed his eyes and seemed to fall asleep leaning against the wall, when he opened his eyes he got up and started walking towards the exit, he had no more visions, the light of the rising day illuminated that place.
When he got into the car and sat down, he had written on the window:
"This is the truth, you were chosen, reveal it to the world and now we can rest in peace."

It Turns Out I Wasn't Meant To Be Here
"Nothing!"
I couldn't find my name among the 34 students on the list. Why? even though I had received a message from another friend that I was in this class. Was she mistaken or something? I was really confused and didn't know what to do at that moment. On a whim I checked my name at science class 2 and abracadabra, unexpectedly my name was among the list. Apparently I'm in the same class as Risal.
I went back to science class 1 to get my bag accompanied by him. He could see my face full of disappointment. It turn out I wasn't destined to be in that class. I said goodbye to some of the students I had been introduced to earlier and explained to them that there had been a slight misunderstanding with me. .-

As the day of their nuptials approached, a series of unfortunate events began to unfold. At first it was discovered that the venue they had selected had unintentionally scheduled another event on the same date as theirs which prompted them to find an alternative location immediately. Subsequently, Seun's gown suffered damage, one which couldn't be repaired; this left her with very little time before her wedding day to acquire a new outfit suitable for such an occasion.
Despite the several challenges Peter and Seun encountered, the both were unwavering in their pursuit to orchestrate the quintessential wedding. -

So anyway, at the time, I was window shopping at a local mall, minding my own business, when a young lady approached, greeted me, and began a conversation with me. I was initially surprised, but it soon became clear that the young lady was someone I knew based on how familiar she acted with me. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember her name because her face was unfamiliar, so I could only look at her blankly.
The awkwardness only grew worse after I asked her who she was. Seeing how she suddenly stopped talking while looking genuinely hurt at my question, I realized I had messed up. But she bolted away before I could explain the situation to her, leaving me dumbfounded. That day, I went home, depressed. -

"Getting to the root of the issue is important, regardless of how big or small it may be. Now, I can appreciate how hard it is for some people to tear down their walls. You see, our brains create barriers that helps to keep particularly traumatic experiences under wraps; as a way of defending itself. These thoughts, memories, and experiences all get buried in our subconscious mind. While there, they still exist. Do you have nightmares? Waking up in panicked fevers?" "Yeah, I have. Not that often though." Feri lied. To that Mr. Warders just stared at him. "Okay, it happens more often than I would like. But, what do dreams and nightmares have to do with it? Everyone gets them." He continued, his hands shaking slightly, which he settled by folding his arms." -
