Cold winter evenings/Rainy Mornings call for soul warming drinks and nothing can beat a cup of hot chocolate, isn't it?
Winters are all about wrapping yourself with thick blankets, sipping some hot drink and binging non stop.
Well for me, hot chocolate pops in my mind everytime I think of anything hot to drink. Although winter in my city is not as harsh as the northern part of the country, hot chocolate just feels right to drink at the moment.
So I just made a quick hot chocolate today and topped it with some marshmallows over it.
I've used Meron Agar Agar Spreadable Wonderful 50 to thicken the drink.

Recipe
Ingredients:
- 350 ml milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp meron wondergel 50
- 1/8 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients together using a whisk and bring it to a boil.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup, marshmallows and serve warm
