A year and a half ago, I was disgusted with myself. Almost 2 years later, I'm still disgusted with myself, but I'm a ton bigger. In the words of my brofessor, the day you pick up your first weight is the day you're never big enough. On the left, I'm tiny. On the right, I'm a lot bigger, but still small. Every day, I keep at it. You should too. Don't let life get in the way. Make the choice today, to be the biggest and best you can be. If you die young, pray you're big enough to be buried in a double-wide coffin.
