Hello my dear Hive friends, today I want to tell you that I already know what is the cause of my dizziness, I don't know if you remember that in a previous post a few weeks ago I told you that I felt very bad because I was having dizziness and vertigo and I didn't go to the doctor because I really didn't know what kind of specialist to go to. I thought my dizziness and blurred vision was due to my ear, I even got treatment for my ear, but my situation didn't improve, I also thought it was anemia, because months ago my hemoglobin was a little low, but in the end it wasn't either.
My husband said that my dizziness was due to the lack of glasses, but I really doubted it was that, so I didn't go to the ophthalmologist, and so the weeks went by, and at times I would get better, and at times I felt so bad that I couldn't even walk. Finally I came to think that my dizziness was generated by anxiety, and that it was my subconscious that was playing a trick on me.
I settled for the diagnosis of anxiety and my health situation was getting worse, dizziness, blurred vision, headache and I felt bad because I did not know which doctor to go to and I did not have enough money to make a tour of doctors, besides I had already visited several doctors and none gave me the right answer to my problem, the only thing they did was to medicate the first thing that came to mind.
I became depressed, because I felt lost and I came to believe that my problem was very serious. One day some friends visited us and I told them what was happening to me, they advised me and one of them assured me that my problem was the fat, I did not pay attention to him, but he kept insisting every time he called me, until three days ago I decided to do a blood test and what do you think, I had high cholesterol and especially what we know as bad cholesterol.
With the results in hand I went for consultation and I tell you that happily I have hepatic steatosis or rather fatty liver and I say happily because although it is an unpleasant diagnosis at least I know what I have. After almost a year of struggling with a diagnosis, I finally know what it is and I was prescribed a treatment, I was prescribed a diet and exercise every day, I must also drink a lot of water, it is what will help me cope with the symptoms.
I know I will miss many fatty foods, as well as bread, but my health needs it, I must make changes in my lifestyle because this is a diagnosis that if treated in time gives excellent results, but if not I run the risk of suffering a stroke or liver cirrhosis.
There are days when the symptoms are quite strong, so much so that I do not even see the letters on the computer, but I know that soon it will get better, and I tell you that when I thought I was getting better thinking that the cause was the ear, what really happened was that we were in the avocado harvest and I ate avocado up to 5 times a day, this helped a little and that is why I felt improvement during that time, as it is known that avocado is excellent for eliminating bad cholesterol. Today we no longer have avocado but I started taking Omega 3, 6 and 9 and I hope to improve soon.
