Mono Monday I'd rather be getting my steps outside but..
Good Morning, may your week go well for you
For this weeks post as usual on a Monday I am sharing a few Mono Images I'd rather be getting my steps outside but with some of the health issues I have had and the fact that a virus is spreading like crazy in this area, and throw on top of that its been too cold for me to get out for photo walks, I have been good in gettign my steps in each day,
I get up at my usual time as the rest of the year, check the weather forecast in the hope I will get a pleasant surprise and the temp is above 40F which I have set as my minimum temp before going out for a walk, and not rainy or windy.
but for the past two weeks or perhaps more it hasnt bene optimal for outdoor walks, so I then head out to our sunroom and walk back and forth to get my steps in, I try and get at leats 6K steps in before headign up to my computer to visit posts, prepare posts and edit photos, and have bene averaging a total of 9K steps each day over the last couple of weeks.
But not gettign out for walks is driving me a bit crazy

Next up perhaps a more conventional image, I guy out fishing on the Rocks at West Beach here in New Bedford one evening
