The recipe is so easy and fast that even my son was able to cook it!鉂わ笍
He likes pancakes very much, but I don't like to spend much time for cooking, because there are so many other amazing activities, and food can be tasty and healthy without 3-hours cooking馃槙
So we need:
- oak milk - 200 ml
- melted butter - 30 ml
- a banana
- corn flour + oak flour - 300g
- 1 tbl.sp. baking soda
And 2 apples:)
Then we mix all ingridients together and use a nice frying pan for making our pancakes.
The proces is easy and fast:
we put 1 spoon of our dough on the frying pan
then we put some apples inside in the middle
then we make a cover with another spoon of dough;)
My son likes cooking with his favourite toys - superheroes - and that time they helped him too;)
and it seems to me their team worked fine, and pancakes are wonderful!馃槏
