This pie was special for me! Not just because it was made to please myself on my birthday, but because it was my first pie made in such a way!
What way?
Look here;)
I do like vegan recipes, and my HiveFam knows it. But here the thing isn't just in healthy variant of this pie, but because I tried to cut it with a thread for the first time in my life!:)
I always was afraid to make such 2 or more layered pies because I had no idea how to cut them well:)) So I could put some cream or jam on the top, and that's it.
This time I decided to go further;)
A thread was my knife, and you know....it appeared to be So easy! So fast! I didn't expect it;)) Why was I afraid of it so long?:))
Now the recipe itself:
water- 250ml
sugar substitute - to the taste
flour (I used wholegrained wheat flour + coconut flour) - 250g
cocoa - 40g
plant oil - 60g
baking soda - 10g
salt - 2g
Cream:
bananas - 4
cocoa - 20g
No sugar, no eggs, no milk! Absolutely healthy and natural diet!
At first we mix all dry ingredients together.
Then we add there water and oil.
After that we just need to put it into the oven for 20-25 min (in any form you have)
Meanwhile we can make cream - mixing and blendering bananas and some cocoa. I added some coconut oil there as well.
Ready!
Thick and soft cream is very tasty and very chocolate;)
When our biscuit is ready we must give it some rest and wait until it is cool.
Then we need to cut it into 2 or 3 layers to put cream there.
.....a very responsible moment....but it was so fast I had to chance to be afraid;))
realy easy, just put the thread into the dough and move it to the opposite side;)
Then we can add cream there and make some decorations on the top.
Ready!
I am proud of my first real cake;))
