My new sugar-free chocolate sweets😍
I try to avoid all products with sugar, but sugar-free sweets in healthy stores cost super expensive! It seems to me they are not only sugar-free but also golden:)
That's why I make chocolate by myself. Moreover, it takes just 15 min and saves a lot of money!
I take:
-cacao powder
and this time I added some raisins and nuts, and it was great!
I melted butter and added powder.
Butter melts very fast, so don't go away;)
and try to avoid boiling, the temperature must be not high than 40 degrees Celsius, in this case all vitamins will be preserved
As a rule I take 50-50 proportion to make chocolate rather solid, but sometimes I chhange proportions to 60-40 (cacao to butter), and then the result will be much softer but not less tasty!
So we mix cacao powder with butter and pour them to any forms you like. It's better if they are made of silicone, then it's easier to take them out.
In the end I make some decorations with nuts and raisins.
Now sweets go to the fridge for about 30-60 min.
Ready!
They are super tasty! It's a pity I made only one dozen of sweets, they all were eaten for one evening:))
So now I'm going to order some more cacao butter for new sweets;)
