I was on a trip when I found this lonely boy sitting on the street. Judging from the sight of other stray dogs, I realised that this little one does not have a home, either. A part of me wished that I could do something. But the only thing I could was to curse at the people who let their dogs roam on the streets - and generation after generation, they just multiply. I have no idea if this little one made it to adulthood. Maybe he found his way to a place where he would get fed. Maybe some school kids would throw some leftovers to him. Or maybe he was run over by a car and suffered a painful death. Sadly, the majority of stray animals die young. However, whether feeding them is a good idea is arguable. Keeping them well-fed and happy means that they are likely to produce more offspring - which means more suffering.
