Tahu walek is one of the most popular snacks in Indonesia, this is a snack made from tofu and then fried until dry and then eaten with spicy sauce. Usually Tahu walek is sold at street vendors but there are also many restaurants that sell this menu, like now I ate at a restaurant and ordered Tahu walek, to be honest I think tofu walek sold at street vendors is better than the one sold in a restaurant even though you know The walek in this restaurant are delicious too. Even for the price, the ones in restaurants are more expensive, but if it's in a restaurant and there's a Tahu walek menu, I'll still order it because it tastes good and it's easy to eat.
