Yesterday, I went to a gas station, but the line was incredibly long and the day was scorching hot; I didn't want to wait in line myself, so I let my younger sibling do it instead. Fortunately, there was a beverage shop called Qiuqiunian at the station.
Qiuqiunian is a highly popular beverage shop in Medan; it offers a wide variety of drinks at affordable prices and has numerous branches spread throughout the city.
A comfortable place; a cool, clean room.
A wide range of menu options is available, including tea, milk tea, refreshing drinks, taro, matcha, coffee, and more.
Unfortunately, when I arrived, many items were sold out or unavailable—including the drink I usually order. So, I chose a different drink—one I had never ordered before.
Salted Caramel Boba Milk
Salted caramel boba milk, that's the menu I ordered. I've never ordered this before, but because the menu I ordered was out of stock, the waiter suggested I order this menu.
This is milk with salted caramel sauce and boba. It’s a delicious blend—sweet with a hint of saltiness. It’s really good; I didn't expect this particular menu item to be so tasty.
Fresh milky flavor, a sweet and delicious salted-caramel sauce, and sweet boba with a soft, chewy texture. I really love this menu item.
Taro Boba Milk
The second item I ordered was Taro Boba Milk. Actually, this drink was for my younger sibling, who was queuing up to get gas. Taro is their favorite, so I always order this for them.
This is taro mixed with milk and topped with boba. Personally, I find the taste a bit strange, but those who enjoy taro will likely find it delicious—a sweet drink featuring soft, chewy boba.
