I've noticed that my smoothie bowls have become popular on Steemit. So here's a little compilation of my smoothie bowls.
I really enjoy making these, sharing them and eating them! They make me feel revitalized!

Look at all these colors! How can these not be good for your body? :)
I especially like to make green ones. I fill them with spinach and kale, plus something to make them sweet, like bananas and kiwis. (Not the people from New Zealand, but the fruit.) :D

I also developed a thing for chia puddings this last year. The layered pink thing in the glass below is a chia seed pudding. It's super healthy and so quick to make. Just mix chia seeds with water or plant-based milk, leave it in the fridge overnight and enjoy!

I can also tell that my decorating skills have improved. The two top ones are recent. The two at the bottom is from when I lived in Australia last year.

More chia pudding! This one also has overnight oats in it, along with blueberries and shredded coconut.

This is one of my favorites!

And another favorite. I love this purple color. I made that by adding some acai powder in the mixed fruit.

Standard recipe for my smoothie bowls:

  • Water or coconut milk

  • Frozen fruit

  • 1 banana

  • Spinach, kale or broccoli

  • Chia seeds

  • Some kind of fat - avocado, coconut oil or peanut butter

  • Powders such as beetroot powder, acai powder

  • Shredded coconut, berries, bananas, chia seeds, nuts, cacao nibs or seeds as decoration

I hope this inspired you to make a smoothie!

Well, I guess I have to get back to packing my suitcase. What to pack for one month in Africa? :p
