Hola amigos de #fulldeporte hoy les traigo la rutina #3 de "CARDIOBOX SIN SALTO".
Esta vez este Cardio tiene un toque diferente, ya que la mayoría de los movimientos están inspirados en disciplinas como el Boxeo, Kickboxing, con esto trabajaremos de forma muy equilibrada tanto el tren superior como el inferior, esto hace que sea un entrenamiento cardiovascular sin saltos muy completo, con una intensidad moderada.
Esta rutina es ideal para nosotros que no podemos saltar por algún motivo médico o alguna condición y además no requiere de ningún material para realizarla, solo la energía de nuestro cuerpo y las ganas de conseguir la vida sana que tanto deseamos.
