Apart from the Ilocos Empanada and Ilocos Longganisa, Bagnet or also known as karahay in our place is our pride. Who wouldn't love to eat that super crunchy and mouth watering fried pork belly. You can eat it with, Mang Tomas as your dipper or the best is KBL (kamatis, baggoong, lasona).
