Hello Foodies!</h1/>

Munching is an unsaid hobby and time pass for all of us. We love to munch while working, watching television, sitting in the balcony and enjoying the weather, or having tea. But honestly, it’s not a good habit. It is just about taking those additional calories which are very difficult to burn. But does that mean we stop munching? Nah! Let’s have some fun in life. Is there anything called healthy munching? YES!

I prepare this snack (Namkeen) at home which is great to munch at any time. It is made using healthy ingredients, it’s light, non-sticky, and delicious. I make this using virgin coconut oil which not only enhances the taste but makes it healthier for consumption.
But that doesn’t mean you keep munching it all the time. You gotto control that urge sometimes atleast.

Let’s see how we make it.
