Hello, dear friends.

August and September are my canning season. I preserve the fruit and vegetables that grow here.

In early fall, when I had plums, I made various jams.
Today I'll tell you about an assorted jam. It includes oranges, plums, and apples.

For the jam, you'll need:
2 kg plums
2 oranges
3-4 sour apples
1.5 kg sugar

Preparation:
Peel the plums, oranges, and apples. Cut and grind them in a meat grinder, leaving the peels on.

Add sugar and let it simmer for an hour.

Place the saucepan on the heat. Stir until it boils. Once it boils, simmer for a few minutes, then skim off any foam that forms.
