It is very interesting to know that in some countries practice or perform this type of events, where usually go quite a lot of people depending on the day of the week, some go as listeners and others as speakers. The countries that I saw that practiced it were the United States, London and Sydney, coincidentally these three usually speak English, and perhaps in others that put it into practice also speak English. This speaker's corner in the USA has a specific place, it is located in a park and people usually go there frequently, Saturdays and Sundays, the latter being the most crowded.

But it is not necessary to have a place prepared for people to go to the site to listen or expose, basically from what I have seen in pictures, the person to expose the subject or carries a small ladder or in place is already located, the recipients of the information or carry chairs to listen or just stand, some do it on the roads and others do it on the lawn of a square or park, and the funny thing is that this practice is not recent, it takes a few years. I was looking for photos and one of them stated that the photo was taken in 1979.

Here in Venezuela, I believe that this practice does not exist and if it does, it will be in some states, because honestly I have not seen it. It is very different those people who go to the plazas to speak, although nowadays many of them are usually evangelicals.

Esta muy interesante saber que en algunos países practican o realizan este tipo de eventos, donde suele ir bastante gente dependiendo del día de la semana, algunos van como oyentes y otros como ponentes. Los países que vi que lo practicaban eran Estados Unidos, Londres y Sídney, casualmente estos tres suelen hablar inglés, y quizás en otros que lo pongan en práctica también hablen inglés. Este rincón del orador en USA tiene un lugar específico, esta ubicado en un parque y la gente suele concurrir el lugar con frecuencia, sábados y domingos, siendo este último el más concurrido.

Pero no es necesario tener un lugar preparado para que la gente acuda al sitio a escuchar o exponer, básicamente por lo que he visto en imágenes, la persona a exponer el tema o lleva una pequeña escalera o en le lugar ya está situada, los receptores de la información o llevan sillas para escuchar o simplemente se quedan de pie, algunos lo hacen en los caminos y otros lo hacen encima del césped de una plaza o parque, y lo más curioso es que esta practica no es reciente, lleva sus cuantos años. Estuve buscando fotos y una de ella afirmaba que la foto fue tomada en 1979.

Aquí en Venezuela, creo que no existe esta practica y si existe, será en algunos estados, porque sinceramente no lo he visto. Es muy diferente esas personas que van a las plazas a hablar, aunque ahorita muchos de esos suelen ser evangélicos.
