Trying Gordon Ramsay's Scrambled Egg Style and Watching Thor Movie

Hello, kumusta? Sun has shown since the other day and I've already been planning on what chores to do while there's an on going monsoon break. Wash clothes, clean the bathroom, and clean my room from mold build up. I'm going to try and do these little by little as I also have some cake orders in the upcoming days.

Speaking of chores, of course, one of them that I prioritize most is cooking. It's difficult to function properly when you're hungry.

One of the foods I like making for breakfast is scrambled eggs. I've always liked adding some slices of cheese and tomatoes in my scrambled egg. I've always used one technique when making this meal, however, I guess I am changing now since a friend sent me a video showing how to make Gordon Ramsay's scrambled egg. Well, he tried it first and shown me the result.

I felt curious and challenged so...

I tried it the next morning and this was my result. I wasn't able to take photos of the steps but it was really simple. I did mine a bit different though because I added tomatoes which I cooked before adding the eggs and butter. But the result still kind of looks the same. The process is very simple: constant stirring and taking the pan on and off the heat until the egg mixture becomes thick and fluffy. The recipe also requires sour cream but I don't have that, so I have to improvise with all-purpose creamer and vinegar.

The taste was excellent. I loved it! And I'm certain that this isn't going to be the first and last time I am making Gordon Ramsay's scrambled egg!

I also added some dried ground parsley for garnish.

And to balance the healthy meal, I paired it with a hotdog. Lol. I know it's unhealthy but I don't know why I crave hotdog when I make scrambled eggs.

Then after dinner, I resumed watching Thor: Ragnarok. There was still half remaining to watch since I began watching it last Saturday. The film was hilarious, especially Loki. I also didn't expect Thor to have some comedic side in him too!

And this character's voice is just very funny! "I'm Korg. This is Miek. Wanna Come?" Lol.

Anyways, I can't wait to watch the Avengers Infinity War and Endgame to be able to catch up to the upcoming film. A friend recently convinced me to watch Avengers and Spider-Man films and I'm already hooked with the story. Sometimes I ask questions but he only answers a few because he's trying to avoid spoiling what happens next. Fine, I'm finding it out as I watch the movies. Haha!
