Another week lapse..after a 3 week lapse.
I was surprised last week when I finally showed up at the gym and didn't seem to see a drop-off.
Well, this time I saw some definite fallback.
I just ran out of gas on the back row. My hiatal hernia was also hinting at a little reflux on the stomach work. So I didn't do the lower back, stomach, and HIT cardio exercises I had planned.
I had parked across the street, so I got a little cardio in after the workout, but nothing major...maybe 2 minutes of low intensity.
Was actually looking for a different meme, but these kettlebells are badass!
