for the lifetime of my arm pain

this wont be a detailed post, just some short quickies. VULGARITY ALERT

i am typing one handed, so please dont grade down for spelling and grammar ;>

ouch my arm

i developed trigger points all up and down my arm, under my arm pits, on my l. side pecs, around the shoulder, l.side trap over the last 3 months. they tend to correspond w the location of pain experienced from the gitgo.
i think, with my many years of medical degrees, that i am likely to have a trigger point in my subclavious and on neck; that doesnt mean that the other conditions ive noted before dont exist; they could have caused the trigger point or hav been caused by it
i stopped taking the amitrptyline on sat; im in more pain and i dont sleep as well, but otoh im no longer stairmaster biden retarded either; to prove it, i now yell cusswods instead of moaning incoherentlyin pain lol
i have asked the doc fora trigger point injection , lidocaie/steroids. ow i have to wait for the va to grind its gears. JUST GIVE ME THE DAMN SHOT ALREADY
oh yeah, the medrol worked well the first time, great the second cycle, and like crap the third time...this reflects the tendency for the cores i have found to work 2-3 times, and then stop[ working onsitently
one reason i stoopped the meds is they got me constipated. finally crapped after a week, and almost literally blew out my asshole. i did blow out the toilet, that stuff was like concrete!

piss on the arm - interesting habbening last night

i sleep downstairs - cnt sleep horizantaly - and i started to go outside to take a leak. i open the door to the main room, and i hear some plastic thing clatter and then some scampering...either i have scared the cat away from its litter box, or theresanother rat in the house (killed a mouse with a stcky trapand some peanut butter last month after missing chucking him w my boot for a week)...

but heres the weird thing...right after the scuttling noise, i hear 3 distinct thumps...steady and sounding like human steps in a tennis shoes. shit, i freeze up and wait for the hit (similar to 4 years ago) or for further moveent. nothing happens. i have a can of sparkling water in my hand for some reason i cant member, and i roll it hard across the floor just in case its a rat with big tennis shoes on. again, nothing happens, i walk bckwards into my room, and get my glock which i have inserted into a brand new caa mck; i have just that day affixed a strbe light/laser combo on it, and i "clear" the house. by which i mean stagger sleepyly around. o corse theres nothing there. i turn on every light downstairs on (prot vs rats 25'), and go take my piss.

but guess what? i go the the porch fence to pee, and before i get there,i hear rustle ...rustle...rustle..in the grass. ha ha fucker i got you now...i light him up...its a goddamn armadillo. i shoulda known. i been scard pissless by a armadillo in the same spot a coupla years ago. i think about blasting him to see if the laser is zeroed,but i dont want to deal with any consequences. i try to pee on him and he runs off

i think the whole thing thru and figger it was probably the cat. nothing was out of place and the only plastic thng that woud make a clatter is th litter box

so i scared the crap out of the cat, and in revenge, a armadillo scared the piss out of me.

the footsteps? i bet i heard myself take three steps back. im having ocassional visual artifacts at night these days, and id bet my audio hardware is experining the same kind of software gitches in aderanal dump situations. so that means my brain idnt connect myslf w making the noise.
