I was looking through my long list of unread emails and there were so many unread articles. I was eager. It was a Saturday and I was fully ready to invest at least an hour into scouring the abyss for any gem of information with the potential to make me better. There was a lot of unread. Most of which was from my DaiilyStoic. It was talking about why we shouldn't care about being liked or fitting into a prescribed narrative.

Why do we bother if we are liked by everybody or not? It is a pointless and futile thing. Just the way you see someone and don't just like them, that is how someone else sees you. It's nothing against you; you probably haven't even done anything wrong. Your energies don't just attract. it is a part of life. You should not strive for likeability but comfortability with being disliked. It is a superpower. You should strive to understand that you are not for everyone, even your work isn't for everyone, and that's okay. Even Jesus Christ the most likable person ever still had haters. Real story. Ah, forgive my ramble. Just a random thought that popped into my head. I am extremely knackered after the day's work now and I have been yawning all through writing this. I just had to share. Hope you got something. Cheers.
