Got up early today and walked down to the lake to check the fall foliage. This point extending out into the lake was catching the morning sun.
The east side of the lake was still in the shadows.
Fall colors have not been great this year. There are colors but not all at once. Right now we have a mix of some bright, beautiful leaves on trees, some trees that are still green, and some that are already bare of any leaves. Some places are mostly bare already 馃檨
The sun is getting low in the sky casting long shadows in the morning.
There was also some low lying fog on the lake and fields. Some nice photos to be had but not the jaw dropping fall color shots.
