One last batch of peak Fall Colors photographs. A nice day with some reflected color off the lake.
The lake is Lake Dunmore in Addison County, Vermont. The mountains behind are the Green Mountains specifically in Moosalamoo National Recreation Area.
This wider view goes from a cabin on the west shore around to Mount Moosalamoo on the east shore.
Here is the point that extends into the northern end of the lake. There are two youth camps along the shore here - Keewaydin and Songadeewin. Its the classic old boys camp and girls camp set up.
This wider shot is my favorite of the post. Nice sharp contrasts and balanced composition.
These are likely the last great shots for the Fall. Its been colder and winding the last few days. The leaves are coming down. Many trees are completely bare. A few nice views will persist but we are definitely past peak at this time.
