Hoy tuve un día muy tranquilo. Me desperté temprano para salir con un amigo a caminar y conversar un rato. Tenía pensado trotar, pero lo voy a dejar para pasado mañana. Fuera de eso, estuve tocando la guitarra. Hoy me aprendí una canción de un artista de aquí de Venezuela que ya tiene tiempo iniciándose en la música. Me aprendí una canción que a él le gusta mucho, se llama Gustarme tanto, y el cantante es Zcar JPG. En la tarde estuve con mis amigos pasando el rato jugando Call of Duty en el PlayStation, jejeje.
Respecto a mi entrenamiento, la verdad es que hoy no iba a entrenar porque ayer hice freestyle, y si entrenaba de manera específica hoy, no iba a rendir bien. Así que en la noche hice unos ejercicios básicos: flexiones, flexiones con altura, intentos de pino one arm y algunas lean planche.
Para mañana tengo pensado darle a la plancha. Dependiendo de cómo amanezca, me pegaré un entrenamiento fuerte. Pero bueno, eso lo dejamos para mañana y mi siguiente post.
Today was a very calm day. I woke up early to go for a walk and chat with a friend. I had planned to go jogging, but I’ll leave that for the day after tomorrow. Aside from that, I spent some time playing guitar. Today I learned a song by a Venezuelan artist who’s been getting into music for a while now. I learned a track he really likes called Gustarme tanto, and the singer is Zcar JPG. In the afternoon, I hung out with my friends playing Call of Duty on the PlayStation, haha.
As for training, I wasn’t planning to train today because I did freestyle yesterday, and if I trained specifically today, I wouldn’t perform well. So tonight I just did some basic exercises: push-ups, elevated push-ups, one-arm handstand attempts, and a few lean planche holds.
Tomorrow I’m planning to hit planche. Depending on how I wake up, I’ll go for a strong training session. But we’ll leave that for tomorrow—and for my next post.
