Hi Bibana, if I had to choose three typical dishes from Romagna, I'd definitely put piadina romagnola first, probably the most famous gastronomic symbol of our region. I'd also add cappelletti, especially those served in broth, and finally passatelli in brodo. Three simple dishes, yet deeply rooted in Romagna's tradition and cuisine.
