I just finished a 13.622km running that lasted about 1hh:18mm:29ss !
I was planning to do my usual Sunday run, but various people are saying it may snow tomorrow and so I decided to get out whilst the weather was okay. The sun was shining after lunch, but by the time I was ready to run it was overcast and there were a few drops of rain as I went out.
As with most of my long runs I starter off heading to Fairfield. There were a lot of people on the track leading up there, but since it was cleared there is more space to get around them. I actually started off fairly quick and may have paid for that later.
After a lap of Fairfield I headed towards Stotfold and did my usual route through the new(ish) estate. Then it was back through the older part of the village. I did a slightly different route there for some variety. I was not sure which road led to where I wanted to go and so I did double back at one point.
I got a bit slower as I went on, but managed to keep all the kilometre times under six minutes (just). So it was not my best run, but at least I managed something. I may try to fit in an extra run next week, but that will depend on the conditions.
Have a good weekend. Run free and stay well.
