I just finished a 7.632km running that lasted about 0hh:43mm:23ss !
Any day can be a good day for running, even Christmas day. It was not a white one, but there was a frost. I set off with the intention of a gentle jog to Stotfold and back, but decided to do a full loop round to Fairfield.
I saw a few other runners out plus dog walkers. A few people were out in their cars for whatever reasons. I am not going to judge people.
The run was nothing special, but I did not expect anything having run yesterday. I stopped by the Christmas flag up the road for a selfie.
After breakfast we opened a few presents. I got a book about running. The kids both had trainers. They do a bit of running, but not with me.
