I just finished a 7.265km cycling that lasted about 0hh:36mm:44ss !
Today I made another trip to Letchworth to meet up with my @swing47 conspirator for some al fresco lockdown jazz. This time I took my old Dean guitar. It is not as nice as my Taylor, but I have a soft case for it that I can carry on my back on the bike.
You have to be careful when carrying a guitar like this as it makes you a bit taller and overhanging trees are more of a danger. Happily I made it there okay, dodging people along the way. I tried a different way to get to Norton Common that did not quite work out as planned, but Danielle showed me a route on the way back. Getting to Letchworth does involve climbing some hills, but my legs coped. Coming home was easier.
We had a good session. We experimented with two cameras. I had my little action camera on the bike that acted as a tripod. This is a little sample of what we got up to, but I hope to have better video soon. The date on the camera is messed up.
It has been pretty warm today, but we found a spot under the trees. We spotted a deer in the woods nearby. We got some appreciation from passing walkers, but were not asking for money.
