My legs have been feeling tired this week, but I wanted to run today. We have had some rain, but it held off whilst I was out. There were just some puddles to dodge and it was cool out there.

The photo is not of my house, but I see a few are decorated.

I just did my usual loop, but was trying to focus on form and lifting my feet up more. Maybe that will work some different muscles and get easier over time.

I was also dodging kids on bikes and scooters as they went to school. I saw a couple of runners and the usual dog walkers. There were a pair of squirrels running around up at Fairfield.

Podcast listening was mostly Somewhere On Earth talking about AI toys for kids. That is scary stuff as kids will get even more attached to toys that can get very personal and there is a lack of control over the data. My kids are grown up, but the next generation will take this for granted. I just started another show from Sound On Sound talking about the Yamaha DX7 synth as I am getting into that stuff.

I will always suggest that people get into the Hive blockchain for blogging, but it carries risks. We are seeing lots more spam about 'airdrops'. There are none from Hive itself and the crooks are using hacked accounts to spread this. If they get your keys then you can lose your account and all your funds. Be careful!

We are living in the future that can bring wonderful things, but also new threats that many will not understand. There is also news of general internet issues with some company using really insecure encryption that could let crooks compromise systems. Make sure your systems are up to date.

Stay safe and run free.
