Description from Strava:
I know the photo is terrible, but I just tend to pull out my phone and take a snap without checking it before I carry on running.
Last night I was out with some colleagues playing indoor crazy golf. I did okay at that with a few bad holes. Then we went for a meal and I had some nice pizza. I had a couple of drinks. My train home was cancelled, but someone gave me a lift back and then I stopped by at the pub where the jam session was happening and I played a couple of songs on a borrowed guitar.
Due to the busy week I have not done all my usual runs. Today was looking a bit grey and windy at times. I do not mind it being cooler. I just did a slightly longer version of my usual run. It generally starts off being hard, but then I get warmed up and it was not too bad really. It is mainly about keeping going and I do not worry too much about speed.
On the way back I took various detours to make it longer. I am doing okay in the company May challenge, but some others are doing long walks.
I hope to get to parkrun this week as I have missed a few recently. Numbers seem to be up there. We need more who will volunteer a few times each year.
Enjoy your week and run free!
