Varanasi is one of the oldest city in India. A quite famous place for many sages and saint situated in the banks of river Ganga.
While roaming around the street of Varanasi, I was looking for some local delicies. Especially the street food. After hovering for more than hour we could not find any speciality. Everything is quite common in India if it comes to street food Samosa, Chat, bhel Puri etc.
In our quest to kill hunger, a crowded corner pulled our attention. It was a cartwheel stall right atbthe edge of the busy road and surrounded by many people.
There were many restaurants around the road, but this one particular shop is very buzzing in the afternoon. Infact it was a cartwheel which is selling south Indian dishes.
Looking at the craze, we too pitch in to saviour the south indian taste in eastern part of India. Two big "roasting tawa" installed in middle of the cartwheel and the person is cooking the dish. The whole cartwheel was surrounded by people and we get a chance to make ourself comfortable on the other side, i.e behind the shop owner. No doubt the small shop do serve the best south Indian recipie at very reasonable rate.

And the Indian Pizza in **"Uttappam"**,
These are quite popular as people were looking for these dishes for afternoon lunch. We too tasted them and found worth for money and a complete diet in afternoon. At a reasonable rate of Rs30/ for one plate is enough for the day.
The mini stall do offer take home facility as the items were properly wrapped and packed in aluminium foil. A local person said this stall is quite popular and people fondly call it "Dosa Corner". This is only stall selling something different on the entire street.
A good place to enjoy some other state delicies and looking at the crowd it can be said a popular eating place. Do try it out on your next visit.
