I'm not quite sure how I do it, but I always manage to give the left hand side of my body a bit of a battering. The weather has been amazing here over the past few days; perfect for early morning walks along the beach but I managed to injure myself .... again.
Guess who managed to find fairly small hole in a fairly large field when walking the dog? Yup, you got it.
Unfortunately that means I've not been venturing too far over the past few days as ... well it hurts and generally takes far too long! I have managed to keep my activity up though with lots of gardening and jobs around the house. Anything that doesn't mean me moving quickly.
It looks to be a stunning week ahead so fingers crossed it'll all settle down soon.
