My weekend was a little busy. I wanted to rest. But it didn't happen again.
I came to visit my family today. I just got married and my mom misses me so much. She still couldn't get used to this situation. She keeps crying. So I come to visit often.
My mom doesn't leave the kitchen when I come. She usually cooks my favorite dishes. She thinks I can't cook.
She made us pastry today. This cheese and dill pastry.
Ingredients for pastry;
•butter
•sunflower oil
•yoghurt
•dill
•vinegar
•two eggs
•salt
•flour
•cheese
•parsley
We separate the yolk of egg. We mix all ingredients except cheese and parsley. We rest the dough a little. The vinegar that we add to it makes the pastry crispy.
We cut the parsley thinly. We mix them into cheese.
You can give the pastries the shape you want.
We bake in 180 degrees oven.
Our pastries are ready.
Actually this pastry is my dad's favorite. He loves pastries.
