This post is for all you vegans out there that have forgotten what real food is.
Mmmm.... I'm talking enchiladas con carne, smothered in cheddar, with rice and refried beans on the side. Delicious! My mouth is still watering after having eaten it and walked 3/4 of a mile home from the taquiria.
I know there are lots of you out there that think eating animals is bad on so many levels but I'm here to tell you they are tasty. I know there are those of you that feel I should pay a carbon tax for cow farts but need I remind you that way before the industrial revolution, before my brethren the white man came to this country, there where hundreds of thousands if not millions upon millions of bison roaming the praries and grasslands farting and farting without any Chief buffalo telling them to stop farting or face the consequences of carbon taxation and climate change. And what's more the natives thought they were tasty too.
Anyways, I'll jump off my soap-box and simply say dinner was wonderful and my step-kid and I had a nice walk home so it was a win win. As far as you plant killing vegans out there, well... Have a flower.
