Whenever I see overripe bananas in the market, only one thing comes to my mind. Banana Bread! So for today, I'm going to bake banana bread for me and my wife to share. We often eat this in the morning, paired with a cup of hot coffee. :)

Recipe:

A pack of overripe banana
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of baking soda
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup of vegetable oil. ( I tried using butter, but for us, using vegetable oil tastes better.)
2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
a few drops of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of sugar ( We prefer brown sugar.)

Preparation Time: ~10 minutes
Cooking Time: ~30 minutes on 120 deg C
