Definition of Flow
Flow is defined as the mental state in which a person is fully immersed in focus and enjoyment while performing an activity. SpinCo’s flow-oriented classes are an open-minded environment for people to learn and experiment with various movement arts. This organization has close ties with and supports any art form that blends creativity, exercise and play into a fun and healthy activity. SpinCo aspires to offer movement arts that uplift the spirit, move the body and calm the mind.

Accessibility
SpinCo believes heavily in the importance of finding a community that motivates them to be healthier. This drives the organization to work hard at creating a safe space for learning and exploration. Students who attend workshops also have access to SpinCo provided props, and in many cases, an opportunity to purchase their own props through local vendors.

Affordability
Keeping a low overhead and offering volunteer opportunities help to keep events as accessible as possible. Fundraisers, merchandise sales, and donations also help to lower costs of operation. SpinCo also negotiates low-cost rental agreements through promotional partnerships with all workshop venues. All of these factors guarantee low costs for students while ensuring workshop instructors are well compensated for their time and teachings.
