The rocky shore in Barangay Calangahan is perfect for a Sunset gazing and this was I did this afternoon. I decided to went at the shore at exactly 4 in the afternoon and that time there was still no sunset happen but it is nearly appearing. Calangahan Shore is located at the Municipality of Lugait and this place is near at our house that is why it is easily to reached the shore. While I was at the shore, I kept myself looking for a fascinating things and capturing those wonderful views and Things I've found.

During my wonderful adventure, I noticed that there was a big low tide happens at the place. Lots of big rocks and corals can be seen and found at the surface and some of it are already covered with moss and sea weeds. This tons of rocks and corals will be shown at the surface every low tide but when high tide happens this surface here will completely submerged by sea water. But despite of rocky shore, there are lots of people wants to visit here just to find any exotic sea shells.

The portion of the dry place contains lots of tall trees and few agricultural plants like coconuts. Wild grass and rocky cliffs can also be seen and found if we went at the place. Lots of big rocks and corals are at the sea side and few manggrove trees grows. I also noticed that all of coconut trees are leaning towards the sea and I think it is because of the past strong winds happens here. Some of the coconut trees grows here are not planted and it only grows many years already.

If we talked about wild animals, different kinds of birds are flying around the place and some of it are living at the tall and big trees. During my Nature travel adventure, I noticed this eagle flying around looking for food. This was my first time to see an eagle closely, I really amazed of what I've seen specially the bird's behaviour. Aside of eagle, there are also lots of animals lives in here and most of them are endangered species already. Because of the moderate winds happens here during my travel, the trees are swaying in different directions creating a sounds.

Every low tide, lots of brittle fish will came out at the rock holes looking for food. The long scaly legs swaying just to look for any food during low tide. The shape of its body is very scary but it wont bite or dangerous to people. This kind of animals is very common here and it lives under the big stones or at the rock holes. Thousands of brittle fish can be seen and found here and most of it are color gray and white stripes.

Tons of rocks, corals and fine sands scattered at the shore, the colors and shapes of the stones gives the place a cool and nice views. Peebles and black sands are also at the shore and it is not totally contains lots of rocks and corals at the place. Children will really like to play here because of the fine sands. Corals contains different kinds of colors, shapes and forms and this is one of the reason why this place loves other people and liked to visit.

Rock pools can also be seen here every low tide just like this. Inside of this rock poles contains fine sands and it is really perfect to used it into a Natural water pool. Trapped sea water animals like fish can also be found here and most of it are hiding under the sand. Thousands of rock pools can be seen here. I had a wonderful time exploring the place. Until next post, thank you for stopping by.
